I love training and I continue to train because I love to learn and grow. I started out as a musician and an athlete, became a sculptor and a percussionist, an actor and a singer, and then, a writer and director. All along I have been a student of the body, the art of play and a practitioner of spiritual warriorship.  And always, I have been creating visual imagery on the side — all of this is part of my training and what I make.
