  • Adult Literacy Media Alliance (ALMA), NYC, Freelance Researcher/ Curriculum Facilitator, Conducted formative research for ALMA, the creators and producers of the nationally distributed adult education television show TV 411. Responsible for contacting target audience viewers, viewing pilot video with them, interviewing and gathering feedback, and bringing this information back to the production process.  Also worked on developing curriculum for thirteen shows in development (Jan. 1997- Sept. 1997)
  • Young Adult Learning Academy, NYC, Full Time Board of Education Public School Teacher, Taught early childhood education, social studies, reading, writing, conflict resolution, theater, poetry, and employment skills to young adults from the ages of sixteen to twenty four who tested between the fourth and eighth grade levels.
